Connected to the Latest Medical Advances Our patients benefit from the results of a number of ongoing research trials and investigations. We participate in medical research activities, including company-sponsored pharmaceutical drug trials, and belong to the Cancer and Acute Leukemia Group B (CALGB), the National Surgical Adjuvant Breast Project (NSABP), Breast Cancer International Research Group (BCIRG) and Clinical Trials Support Unit (CTSU). Our physicians also participate in the FDA compassionate drug use program. Our independent status allows us to provide follow-up care from other institutions, such as the University of Iowa and the Mayo Clinic, and to coordinate with regional research activities, including studies from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
